About
Kana has diverse experiences studying and working in different countries, which has allowed her to work closely with people of different languages and cultures.
She completed a Master of Science in Sustainability and Tourism Management. Kana cares deeply about climate action, sustainable development, and education.
She moved to Kamikatsu in 2020 to learn about sustainable initiatives and rural lifestyles. Kana finds inspiration from nature and the people around her. Through the INOW program, she aims to contribute to the preservation and regeneration of the village’s environment and culture.
Originally from Canada, her mother is Japanese and father is from Hong Kong.

サステイナビリティとツーリズムマネジメントの理学修士を修了。Kanaは、気候変動対策、持続可能な開発、そして教育に深い関心を寄せています。
持続可能な取り組みと農村のライフスタイルを学ぶため、2020年に上勝に移住した。自然や周囲の人々からインスピレーションを得る。INOWプログラムを通じて、村の環境と文化の保全と再生に貢献することを目指しています。
カナダ出身で、母親は日本人、父親は香港人。

We are a local organization that acts as a bridge between visitors and Kamikatsu. INOW serves to integrate our guests directly into the community.
