Booking Procedure
We require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of your total program fee at the time of booking. The remaining 80% of the program fee will be due two weeks before your program start date. In the case of making a booking that has a start date already within two weeks of the booking date, the total program fee will be charged at the time of booking. You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

【予約手続き】ご予約の際、プログラム料金の20％を前金としてお支払いいただきます。残金80％はプログラム開始日の2週間前までにお支払いいただきます。予約日から2週間以内にすでに開始日がある予約の場合は、予約時にプログラム料金の総額を請求させていただきます。お支払いは銀行振込、PayPal、クレジットカードからお選びいただけます。

Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel the program at least two weeks (14 days) before the start date of your program, you will receive 80% of your total program fee back. If you cancel within 48 hours of your program start date, you will receive 50% of the total program fee back. If you cancel within 24 hours of your program start date, there will be no refund.
Please check with your airline, train, or bus company about its cancellation policy. INOW is not responsible for travel reservations booked to attend canceled programs.
【キャンセルポリシー】 プログラム開始日の2週間前（14日前）までにキャンセルされた場合、プログラム料金の80％を返金いたします。プログラム開始日から48時間以内のキャンセルの場合、プログラム料金の50％を返金いたします。プログラム開始日から24時間以内のキャンセルの場合、返金はありません。航空会社、鉄道会社、バス会社のキャンセルポリシーについては、各航空会社にご確認ください。INOWはキャンセルされたプログラムに参加するために予約された旅行については責任を負いません。
